File a Complaint

We closely review and investigate each complaint submitted and take appropriate action where necessary to protect art collectors from frustrating and fraudulent buying experiences. This can include removal of our Trusted Art Seller badge from an artist's website, or even a deactivation of their entire store in extreme cases.
